I specialize in family and couples work, providing a safe place to explore challenging topics. I also support clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, family relationships, life transitions, divorce and co-parenting.

In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate techniques to support you in making progress. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, this technique is helpful in understanding the relationship between thoughts, emotions and actions.
